Harbour Lights Barbados is a Beach Club, Dinner Show, and Night Club that both tourists and locals alike enjoy. Harbour Lights recently did a re-branding and I was tasked to do a full re-design of their website to align with the new brand identity. I worked on the content strategy, site architecture, low-fi designs, creating the design system, UI, to the final implementation of the new visual design/structure of the site.

Homepage

Homepage features:

  • Hero area that features imagery for Beach Days, Dinner Shows, and the Night Club it will auto-play through the imagery or the User can click/tap through as well.

  • Introductory content to Harbour Lights with a CTA to book.

  • Three Content Boxes for introductions to Beach Days, Dinners Shows, and the Night Club with CTA’s to go to each of those pages.

  • Upcoming Events will feature a carousel of events with a CTA to go to the detail page of the event.

  • Costumer Reviews pulled from Trip Advisor, it will auto cycle through the featured reviews. The user can click/tap on review and a new browser window will open to all the reviews on Trip Advisor.

  • User Generated imagery from Instagram with a CTA to follow Harbour Lights

  • Additional callout to Book Now

  • Introduction section to key features of the beach

  • Beach Day Packages with a CTA to purchase

  • Overview of Turtle’s with a CTA to the Turtle page to learn more.

  • Overview of the Grill with a CTA to view the food menu

Dinner Show

Dinner Show page features:

  • Hero Image

  • Introductory Copy to the Dinner Show

  • What’s Included Section goes in the Dinner Show experience; Dinner, Drinks, Entertainment, and Transportation. User can click/swipe through to view each content block.

  • Book Now Module it includes the initial requirements for booking and user can click/tap CTA to go the booking page to finish their reservation information.

  • Features video and bio of different performers.

  • User Reviews from Trip Advisor

  • Image gallery of the Dinner Show

  • Frequently Asked Questions
